www.consilium.europa.euWeiterhin ist die BAM nach dem Sprengstoffgesetz zuständig für Zulassungen von Sprengzubehör und von explosionsgefährlichen Stoffen der chemischen Industrie ( sonstige explosionsgefährliche Stoffe ).
Für die Zuordnung von Lagergruppen und Verträglichkeitsgruppen von explosionsgefährlichen Stoffen ( Explosivstoffe, pyrotechnische Sätze und Gegenstände, sonstige explosionsgefährliche Stoffe ) nach den sprengstoffrechtlichen Vorschriften ist die BAM ebenfalls zuständig.
Mit der Bereitstellung der Datensätze in Listenform erfüllt die BAM ihre Verpflichtung zur Publikation von erteilten Bescheiden gemäß § 13 der Ersten Verordnung zum Sprengstoffgesetz ( 1. SprengV ).
