Die Weiterentwicklung translationsaktiver Zelllysate zu hochproduktiven Systemen, die Generierung und Optimierung spezieller DNA- und RNA- Matrizen für die verschiedenen zellfreien Systeme und die Verbesserung der Reaktionsführung in neu zu entwickelnden Reaktorsystemen sind zurzeit intensiv bearbeitete Forschungsfelder.
