You could almost see that he thought with maybe somewhat a surprise and astonishment that one day long ago this marvellous stallion arrived in Qatar as a scary little skinny colt on the side of his mother, at that time not as impressive as he had grown into.

Further I could see on Sheikh Abdul Aziz s smile that he greatly appreciated and valued the use of this stallion in his breeding program .

Sie zeigen große Einheitlichkeit im Ausdruck und Exterieur und stellen genau den Typ Pferd dar , den Scheich Abdul Aziz in seim Zuchtprogramm sehen möchte .

Man konnte ihm förmlich ansehen, dass er sich daran erinnerte, wie dieser majestätische Hengst einst als kleines, dünnes Fohlen an der Seite seiner Mutter nach Qatar gekommen war - in keiner Weise ließ er damals erkennen, was einmal aus ihm werden würde.

Das Lächeln von Scheich Abdul Aziz bestätigte mir , wie zufrieden er nicht nur mit Safir , sondern vor allem auch mit seinen Nachkommen auf Al Rayan war .
