Als ich Claus-Peter Lumpp einmal nach der exakten Zubereitung eines seiner Gerichte gefragt habe , hat er geantwortet :

Was er in der Küche als Handwerk einstuft, erweist sich spätestens auf der Gabel als Kunst.

Dass Claus-Peter Lumpp für unseren Hangar-7 den heimischen Herd verlässt , erachte ich als ungeheure Ehre !

What he classes as his trade in the kitchen subsequently proves to be art on the fork.

I consider it a massive honour that Claus-Peter Lumpp has agreed to temporarily forsake his home kitchen for Hangar-7 !
