Driven by a determination to ensure that this legal requirement is implemented professionally, the Lahn-Dill group of Hospitals in collaboration with Deutsche Telekom and the Dutch IT company Portavita began working on the Electronic Palliative Patient Record ( ePalliativ ) project.
