Nach dem Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz, § 3 a VwVfG, eröffnet die Stadt den eingeschränkten Zugang zu folgenden Bedingungen:

E-Mail-Adressen und E-Mail-Kontaktformulare der Stadtverwaltung Zwickau und nachgeordneter Einrichtungen stellen keinen Zugang für elektronisch signierte sowie für verschlüsselte elektronische Dokumente dar, soweit der Zugang für elektronische Dokumente nach § 3a VwVfG, § 36a SGB I oder § 87a AO nicht ausdrücklich in vollem Umfang eröffnet ist.

Einsprüche gegen Entscheidungen der DAkkS, die nicht in Form von Verwaltungsakten ergangen sind, werden wie Beschwerden behandelt.

Einsprüche gegen Entscheidungen der DAkkS, die in Form von Verwaltungsakten ergangen sind (z.B. Akkreditierungsbescheide, Kostenbescheide), werden als Widersprüche gemäß §§ 79 f. VwVfG und §§ 68 ff. VwGO durch den Justiziar der DAkkS bearbeitet und sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Dokumentes.
