Hinzu kommt ein innerer Schmuckhof (Atrium) und der Dinglinger Brunnen an der Westfassade des Hauses, vom wohlhabenden Hofjuwelier Johann Melchior Dinglinger.
Ab nun nutzt man das Gewandhaus als Hotel, mit 200 Betten unter dem Namen „Gewandhaus Palais Hotel“.
