www.kalkriese-varusschlacht.deDeutschlehrer und -schüler sowie kamerunische Rückkehrer aus Deutschland feierten die von der Deutschen Botschaft Jaunde geförderte Deutsche Kulturwoche mit einer Vielzahl von Veranstaltungen wie der Aufführung von Tanz- und Theaterstücken, Gesangs- und Gedichtbeiträgen sowie der Organisation eines Hand- und eines Fußballturniers.
Hauptziel der alljährlichen Kulturwoche ist die Förderung der deutschen Sprache und Kultur sowie die Pflege der deutsch-kamerunischen Kooperation.
Sie wird veranstaltet vom „Deutschklubbund“ (DKB) unter Leitung des DKB-Koordinators, Jacques Abel Onya, Deutschlehrer am Lycée von Bertoua.
