As a result of a resolution of the Council of Ministers of 21 May 2013 , a bill to change the Limited Liability Company Act was submitted to the Parliament ( “ Gesellschaftsrechtsänderung... ” ) .
The most important change concerns the reduction of the current minimum capital of EUR 35.000 to EUR 10.000.

Mit Beschluss des Ministerrats vom 21. Mai 2013 wurde eine Regierungsvorlage zur Änderung des GmbH-Gesetzes im Nationalrat eingebracht (“Gesellschaftsrechtsänderu... 2013″).
Die wichtigste Änderung betrifft die Herabsetzung des Mindestkapitalbetrages von bisher EUR 35.000 auf nunmehr EUR 10.000.
