Auf den ersten 2,6 km ist die Panoramaloipe ident mit der leichten Sonnenloipe.
Die Panoramaloipe beginnt so wie auch die Sonnenloipe 1, die Sonnenloipe 2 und der Winterwanderweg beim Teichschloß ca. 500m vor dem Hotel „Die Wasnerin“.

Gleich nach einer kurzen, steilen Abfahrt beim Helmbühel folgt eine genauso steile aber längere Steigung mit ca. 30 Höhenmetern zum höchsten Punkt der Panoramaloipe.
Die folgende 2 km lange Abfahrt im Ortsteil Sarstein bis zur Überquerung des Kirchlatzbachs wird nur durch eine kleine, kurze Steigung unterbrochen.
