Das Verfahren der „ Internen Fertigungskontrolle “ wird nicht von einer BENANNTEN STELLE auditiert.
Der Hersteller nicht-elektrischer Geräte und Komponenten der Kategorie 2 ist jedoch nach Artikel 8 ( 1 ) b ) ii ) der RL 94 / 9 / EG verpflichtet, Unterlagen gemäß Anhang VIII der RL 94 / 9 / EG bei einer „ BENANNTEN STELLE “ zu hinterlegen.
